Refund policy
IMPORTANT information on Returns:
There are no physical returns on offer for any items on PDI Sports Art unless stated on individual items, however, please read the information below to clarify certain situations and if you are eligible.
Please do not send any item back to any manufacturer's address on the package at any point - this will result in loss of item exchange and funds for you.
Contact us first before you do anything if you feel you want to discuss a refund or return.
To be eligible for a replacement or refund, you need to contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can discuss and solve any of your issues.
Please have the following at hand:
- Receipt or proof of purchase
- Written reason for the problem
- Photographs if needed
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Items with obvious signs of usage or unusual damage on delivery
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Wrong Address - If you (the customer) provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment is returned to our print partner and destroyed. Should you want to submit a new order with an updated address, you (the customer) will be liable for the costs of the new order and unfortunately will lose most of the first order cost as we will still be charged.
Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our print partner are also destroyed. Should you want to submit a new order, you (the customer) will be liable for the costs of the new order and unfortunately will lose most of the first order cost as we will still be charged.
Additional non-returnable items:- Gift cards
- Downloadable items/products
- Apparel opened and tried on
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, drop us a message if there are any problems.
Shipping
Please do not send any item back to the manufacturer's address at any point without our consent. We will not be responsible and you will lose some of the item cost.
We use a traceable shipping service for all deliveries.
